carbon monoxide detectors for caravans image

Help! our caravan floor has started to sink in places (like under our bed!!) it is a fixed on site caravan. Dose anyone have any ideas on how to fix the floor, or to reinforce it. To make it more complicated we just had carpet layed and I don't want to rip it up.
Answer
As paschal d stated you will have to replace the floor pan. You will have to remove the carpet. Whoever replaces the pan will have to weld the pan in place and make sure it is sealed so no exhaust fumes can get in.
NEVER! trust exhaust fumes they will sneak up on you when you least expect it and kill ya. Darn those sneaky fumes.
May I make another suggestion? If you are sleeping in this van why not install a carbon monoxide detector and be safe especially if you leave the engine running or have some other open flame heat source.
